The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in filling in a form of the application for registration. The Organizing Committee of the event is not responsible for the incorrect data entry. If there is any incorrect information provided, the registrationmay be automatically canceled without the right to refund the amount paid;
In case of cancellation made untilAugust 1, 2018, there will be a full refund of the registration. After this date and until September 30th of 2018, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded. After October 1st of 2018, there will be no return of the amounts paid.
Replacements must be requested by the participant registered with the Event Secretary – through the email: firstname.lastname@example.org, whose acceptance will be confirmed by e-mail after validation;
Registration will take place online until October 20th of 2018. After this date and until October 31st, 2018, the interested party must send the completed registration form and the bank deposit voucher identified to the email: email@example.com; after this date the registrations can only be made at the venue of the event, starting at 10am, with the opening of the accreditation;
Failure to pay the respective registration fee will result in the automatic cancellation of registration;
Entries in the categories of Associate and Students, must have the vouchers attached to the system and must be presented at the time of registration / withdrawal of material on the days and place of the event;
Lunch is not included in the registration fee;
The technical program is subject to change without notice due to unforeseen and unforeseeable events, such as a fortuitous event, force majeure, among others;

The participant of the 7th SBGD, when signing up for the event, will be giving and authorizing automatically the use of his voice and image, indefinitely and without further consent.
